Frequently asked questions

How do I check in?

When you arrive, enter through the door on the right side of Los Campeones. I’ll be at the front desk to check you in. Please show your ID to receive a gym tag (the tag is only valid during training sessions with me).

What should I bring to class?

If it's your first time, you will need your ID to check in. Then, make sure you bring a water bottle, gym shoes and wear comfortable workout clothes.

How much does it cost?

You may notice that when you sign up for class, it shows as “free.” This simply reserves your spot in the class. Each training session is $15, with payment due after class. I accept cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes—spots are limited, so please reserve your spot ahead of time or texting me at (651) 447-3152.

How long is the class?

Each class lasts about 45–50 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down.

What if I'm running late?

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure enough time for check-in. If you’re running late, send me a quick text so I know you’re still coming!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Friends are welcome as long as they sign up in advance and complete check-in upon arrival.

Do I need to be a gym member?

No gym membership is required—you’ll receive a temporary gym tag for the class. If you wish to use the gym outside of our training sessions, a day pass or membership will be needed.
