Week-Long Intensive
Dates: Monday, August 18-Friday, August 22, 2025
Time: 10:00 am-4:00 pm daily
Description: Build a Shaker style stool from raw lumber through finished project. Once stools are assembled, students will learn to weave the seat with shaker tape. The class will cover the use of mortise and tenon joinery, showcasing various methods to create the joint. The strong understanding of mortise and tenon joinery will serve students in future personal projects.
This workshop is suitable for beginner-advanced woodworkers.
Tuition: $500 + $110 Materials fee

Cancellations and Refunds: Week-long intensive workshop cancellations are decided one week before the start date. If workshops must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, the entire class fee will be refunded by check, to your credit card, or Contemporary Craft account for future workshops.
Refund Policy: Student refund requests must be made at least one week before a class begins. There will be a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given without one weeks notice. Processing of refunds takes approximately three weeks.
