For Every Body - Wednesday Restore is truly open to every body. This gentle & accessible practice is supportive for those living with chronic pain, navigating old or mild injuries, or experiencing any physical limitations.
Each pose can be modified to meet your unique needs, with an emphasis on listening to your body and moving toward comfort and ease throughout the session.
Wednesday Restore is all about bringing balance and ease back into your body and mind. This class supports the restoration of balance in the body, addressing postural habits, prolonged sitting, and the stiffness and tightness that naturally accumulate from daily life.
