Welcome to the Wednesday Breath Reset – Free Midweek Breathe & Meditation Session!

Hosted by the Art of Living, a volunteer-based non-profit that works to promote a stress-free, violence-free society.

Take a break with us on Wednesdays from July 9th to August 27th at 6:30pm-7:30pm for a rejuvenating experience.

Reset your mind and body, take a moment to breathe, and find some inner peace! Together!

What Should I Expect?:

  • Calming meditation
  • Tools to manage stress and boost clarity

  • No experience needed. All are welcome. Just bring your breath and a quiet space
