📩 How It Works

After you register, you’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket. The ticket contains the Zoom link, which unlocks 30 minutes before the session starts.

Join a few minutes early so you don’t miss the kickoff — we’ll lock the room 5 minutes after the start to keep it focused.

If no one is registered 2 hours before the event start time, the session will be canceled and the listing removed. If you’ve registered and the event is canceled for any reason, you’ll be notified and receive a full refund.

Hi, I’m Daniel Steamer—endurance coach, 100+ race finisher, and someone who didn’t grow up athletic. I started running from scratch as an adult, awkward and unsure, and now I coach other busy adults through that same journey—from day one to race day.
