This free 30-minute session is built for true beginners—or anyone coming back after a long break.

You’ll learn how to start in a way that feels doable, not daunting. We’ll keep it low-pressure, high-impact, and focused on helping you build trust with your body again.

Whether your goal is a 5K or just a clearer head and stronger routine, this is your invitation to start running your way—without the burnout or overwhelm.

Hi, I’m Daniel Steamer—an endurance coach, former game developer, and someone who didn’t grow up athletic.

I started running from scratch as an adult, awkward and unsure. Since then, I’ve completed over 100 races—from 5Ks to triathlons—and now I coach other busy adults through that same journey.

From day one to race day, I help people train smart, stay consistent, and build a life that feels strong and adventurous.
