About this Event

The digital transformation is revolutionizing the financial services industry in Africa. New business models, products & services, and channels are transforming how and where the financial services are delivered and consumed in Africa by creating emerging and disrupting companies.

Why does Africa need a better approach to Digital Transformation?

🔐 While large financial services have emerged in Africa, they are mostly focused on middle class markets and concentrated in the cities. At the same time, rural and poor people access to financial services are limited by the high cost of operating in low income markets.

🔐 Digital technologies are helping financial services develop new services, products and channels to tap this vast market, while also keeping their costs sustainable

🔐 New players such as telecom operators and fintech are disrupting the market landscape, focusing the incumbent to either innovate or perish

🔐 However, often, digital transformation projects do not lead to expected results due to several factors

🔐 In this webinar, the presenter propose a roadmap to a successful and sustainable digital transformation.

Knowco by Collabwith is creating a series of webinars to improve the knowledge and skills of their community on Innovation, Creativity and How to work together in a project by community members and knowco by collabwith partners.
