Hi, I’m Daniel Steamer—an endurance coach, former video game developer, and someone who didn’t grow up athletic at all.

I got into fitness later in life, starting from zero and figuring things out along the way. What began as a way to feel better turned into something much bigger—over 100 races across marathons, triathlons, and Spartan events.

Now I coach other busy adults through that same journey. From getting started for the first time, to rebuilding after burnout or injury, to chasing ambitious race-day PRs—I help people build fitness that fits their real life, and still pushes them to grow.
