WEBINAR (free): Agile and Scrum in 2025

We have good news and bad news. Mostly educated opinions from much experience over the years.

We agile advocates, as always, could have done a better job. Also, we were never going to do a great job, and making these huge cultural changes was never going to be easy. Also, business managers were too much seduced by the cheap “silver bullet.”

For the future, AI is king, and will be for a good while. And, change is still happening (maybe even more so), and adapting to change is becoming MORE important. And using knowledge worker teams to adapt to change is still an excellent model. So, soonish, there will be a renewed focus on doing “knowledge worker teams” better. So, in some sense, agile-scrum will become more important again (than they are today).

Protect yourself in all this change. Showing, with numbers, the success of your team, and getting key people to understand that, is something that every good team MUST learn how to do. So, be always learnig how to incorporate AI (as it evolves) into your work, to make the TEAM more productive for the Customers and the Business.
