Office Hours are a staple item in a course syllabus. It is where students can get extra help or expound upon topics with an expert in their field. So how do you facilitate those same experiences if there is no physical office for students to visit? What if a student lives far away and cannot make it to the campus? Holding Virtual Office Hours can help create these interactions in an online arena. They also allow for students to feel they are being taught by a person and not a computer. Join us as we discuss some key considerations and available resources to aid in your quest to hold office hours in a digital realm.
