My name is Raquel Quasius, a proud Florida native born in Tampa. I earned my bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Tampa and began my career as a nurse tech, ICU nurse, and ICU educator at Tampa General Hospital. Driven by a passion for healthcare informatics, I pursued a master's degree in the field while working as an Epic analyst, where I could blend my clinical expertise with information technology. Currently, I lead multiple Epic inpatient application teams, supporting various clinical users, including nursing staff. I'm actively involved in the Tampa Bay Chamber, Emerging Leaders, Women of Influence, and the HIMSS Central and North Florida Chapter. My journey at Tampa General Hospital has provided numerous opportunities to grow as a leader and mentor several team members. In my free time, I enjoy hot yoga, running, spending time with family, and traveling.
