For individuals and those who are partnered who want to strengthen their capacity to love themselves and others, these threads will explore how to weave a tapestry of life rich with balance, communication, love, healing and discovery. Join us as we explore the threads of life that create long lasting bonds of intimacy and love. These sessions will offer realistic ideas and activities to promote better understanding, communication, self-awareness, AND an openness to building and maintaining a connection with yourself and others.

The sessions will be at The CAVU Center at 7165 S Braden, one block east of Yale at 71st. The entrance to The CAVU Center is through a white gate and then taking the 2nd Door on the Left.
