About Our Organizing Training Series
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and make real, lasting change in your community?
Join Black Futures Lab's We Got the Power Training Program: Part I: The Fundamentals of Black Organizing, a dynamic training program designed for Black changemakers who are ready to level up their organizing game.
This isn’t your typical training—it’s a lab! We’re breaking down the fundamentals of organizing—deep listening, relational organizing, base building, storytelling, and strategy—into easy-to-grasp lessons packed with real-world examples and practical tools. But here’s the twist: after every skill you learn, you’ll step into the lab to practice and refine it in real-time. From crafting a powerful message or mapping out key players in your community, you’ll leave each session with the tools and the confidence to put them to work immediately.
Whether you’re new to organizing or looking to sharpen your skills, this series is built to meet you where you’re at. Through engaging activities, vibrant discussions, and a focus on Black liberation, we’re building a space where you can grow, connect, and leave inspired to act. Let’s organize, mobilize, and build the power our communities need!
Register today to learn how to turn passion into power and ideas into impact!
