Meet your facilitator, Krystal
Krystal Reddick-Pollard is an educator, licensed social worker, and self-care coach. Through Total Life Care Coaching (TLC), she supports heart-centered professionals with prioritizing their well-being and making their self-care non-negotiable. Krystal believes that self-care is a way to intentionally center ourselves in our own lives and to take up the space we deserve. As someone who lives with bipolar disorder, she knows this to be true; self-care sustains her and allows her to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Additionally, she holds degrees from Duke University (BA), Rutgers University (M.Ed.), and Fordham University (MSW).
