To ensure everyone has an easy arrival we've staggered the entry so not everyone arrives at once - please make sure you buy tickets with the start time you need.

HELPFUL BIT:

There is no Parking on site and extremely limited parking on surrounding roads. Please be respectful to local residents when parking. Walk if you can!

Some of the the event takes place on the school field so please wear suitable footwear.

We'll be using tokens for payment which you can buy on the night with cash or card payment.

Please ensure you have your ticket ready to scan on entry (either on your phone or printed).

Volunteers go free so don’t purchase a ticket for yourself if you are volunteering. To volunteer contact ptawestdidsbury@gmail.com or your class representative

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BIT:

Tickets are non-refundable

In the event of cancellation of the display due to adverse weather the event will be re-scheduled to the 16th January.

Strictly no personal fireworks or sparklers to be brought on to site.

No alcohol to be brought onto site.

All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

West Didsbury CE Primary PTA reserve the right to refuse admission.
