To commemorate this year’s National Small Business Week (May 1- 7), the City of West Covina is hosting the 1st Annual West Covina Small Business Week (WCSBW). The City is partnering with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Small Business Development Center (SBDC) both La Verne and Pasadena City College, Greater West Covina Business Association (GWC), and SCORE to host this year’s WCSBW.

National Small Business Week was established to recognize the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners. This year’s SBW theme is “Dream Big, Start Small”. The City of West Covina is hosting the WCSBW to highlight the impacts of our local small business owners and support their growth.

The Kick-Off event was well attended and we hope that you can attend tonight’s panel presentation. We will have the top two lenders (micro-loans and $250,000 & over loans) in our District (Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara Counties) on the Panel!!! In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to win raffle prizes, including a GWC membership, Networking Breakfast tickets, a scanner for your business needs, and a brand new IPAD!
