🧘♀️ How a Float Sound Bath Works:
- You Float: You lie down on a special air mattress designed to float on water. It supports your body gently, keeping you mostly dry while allowing you to feel weightless—like you're floating in space.
- You Relax: Once you're comfortable and floating, the facilitator begins the sound bath. This involves playing calming instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or even underwater speakers that let sound travel through the water.
- You Receive Sound & Vibration: As you float, sound waves pass through the air, the water, and even the mattress, creating a full-body sensory experience. You don’t just hear the sounds—you feel them. Your body becomes part of the vibration.
- You Drift into Deep Rest: The combination of floating and sound encourages a deeply meditative, relaxed state. People often feel like they’re in a dream-like or trance state. It’s peaceful, soothing, and can reduce stress, anxiety, and tension.
