Join us for an introductory class on turning your own run of spring sap into liquid gold!

This is the perfect workshop for those who are just starting out and wanting some information and a hands-on demonstration of all the ins and outs of collecting sap, boiling it down, simple filtering methods, and the best practices for bottling. Like many, we started out with a big pot, and sap from a couple of maples around the barn. We've learned a lot over the years, and now boil on a larger evaporator, and filter and bottle with dedicated equipment. It's a hobby, and we love it!

Maple season doesn't start for a while yet, however you'll want to be prepared and ready for when the sap starts to run...and Mother Nature's "go" date is different every year!!
