Weigh Better U Fitness Studio (Everett, MA) is back for another season of The Anchor’s Waterfront Wellness Series!

Join us Friday nights at 6PM for an energizing total body workout with stunning views of Boston Harbor in the historic Navy Yard. Led by coach Sam Amado, these sessions are designed for all fitness levels and feature a dynamic mix of resistance training, aerobic movement, and bodyweight exercises to help you feel stronger and more refreshed each week.

We provide all the equipment—including dumbbells, steppers, kettlebells, and slam balls—so all you need to bring is your energy, hydration, sunblock, and a towel.
