🎬 Warning! Life Goes On — Film Screening & Q&A with Director Anton Shtuka
Join us on November 6 at 19:30 at Literature Without Sugar club (Großbeerenstraße 83, 10963 Berlin) for the screening of the Ukrainian documentary Warning! Life Goes On, followed by a Q&A session with the film’s director Anton Shtuka.
The film follows Kharkiv-based street artist Gamlet Zinkivskyi on his journey to the recently liberated city of Izium, 60 km from the frontline. Amid the ruins left by Russian occupation, Gamlet paints new murals and meets locals who share their stories of survival, loss, and resilience.
“If we paint, we live — and we’re not lost.”
Through intimate encounters and moments of creation, the documentary becomes a reflection on healing, art, and the enduring strength of people rebuilding their lives.
Official Selection — Odesa International Film Festival 2024.
