Join me for a grounding Warm Mindful Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, connect with your breath, and move with awareness.
In this class, you'll be guided through gentle, flowing sequences in a comfortably heated room that supports relaxation, mobility, and mindful presence.
✨ What to expect:
- A welcoming space for all levels - whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice
- Slow, intentional movement to release tension and improve flexibility
- Breath awareness and mindfulness woven throughout the practice
- A calming closing with deep rest (savasana)
