Welcome to Warm and Supportive Referrals: Supporting Youth Beyond the Case!

This training equips direct service staff with the skills needed to build meaningful relationships with external organizations, leverage community assets, and provide effective referrals for youth in high-risk situations. It covers strategies for developing and implementing effective memorandums of understanding (MOUs), identifying a designated point of contact for managing referrals, and tracking and analyzing referral outcomes to measure success and address areas for improvement. Additionally, participants will learn how to facilitate ongoing meetings to ensure the quality and effectiveness of referral processes. The training is designed to enhance collaboration and improve outcomes for youth through a comprehensive, supportive approach.
