Join Walsh University for the Annual Science and Technology Summit:

Networking Business Luncheon (Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Program begins at 12:15 p.m.)

  • Luncheon: Enjoy lunch while mingling with a diverse group of colleagues including other business professionals, thought leaders, top scientists and Walsh faculty and students.
  • Networking Opportunities: Expand your professional network and possibly meet your next collaborator or new big idea. A great chance to unwind and share ideas in a relaxed setting.
  • Entrepreneurship in the Sciences Innovation Challenge Session: Following the program, you are invited to stay for some high-octane presentations from aspiring science entrepreneurs and inventors. Witness our panel of judges select the winner of a $10,000 prize to utilize the resources of Walsh University’s Center for Scientific Excellence and maybe even discover the next big thing!

High School Students (8:00 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.)

  • Dynamic Speakers: Listen to how advances in science, like Artificial Intelligence, are changing the career landscape and what that will mean for your future. A unique chance to ask questions to national thought leaders.
  • Peer-to-Peer Learning: Enjoy casual discussions over a provided lunch with current Walsh University students who can offer an authentic look into campus life.
  • Experiential Learning: Participate in engaging, hands-on science experiments and projects guided by experienced instructors.
  • PITTCON Planetarium and NASA: Back by popular demand! Immerse yourself in stunning visualizations of our universe, from planets and stars to galaxies far, far away and learn about the latest and greatest NASA projects.
