Join Our Monthly Walking Group for Moms & Moms-to-Be!

Looking for connection, fresh air, and a little movement? Come walk with us! This group is open to all moms, moms-to-be, and women who are thinking about motherhood — no matter where you are on your journey.

We also welcome healthcare providers who specialize in perinatal, postpartum, or pediatric care to join us and help support our growing community.

When: First Friday of every month at 9:00 AM, starting May 2nd!

Where: Founders Memorial Park Bring your stroller, your coffee, your questions, or just yourself — we’re here for each other.
