WALK & WONDER – An Evening Forest Walk
A slow, shared journey through Dyrehaven

Starting from Klampenborg Station
Take a pause from your week and step into something slower.
This walk invites you into nature, presence, and gentle connection — a space to unwind, reflect, and simply be.
Together, we’ll move through:
– Quiet walking with space to be in your own rhythm
– Simple guided prompts for silent reflection
– Paired or small-group sharing with presence and curiosity
– Moments of stillness, breath, and a shared snack break
You don’t need any experience with mindfulness — just a willingness to show up as you are.
At the end of the guided part of the walk (approx. 21:30–22:00), you’re welcome to linger for casual conversation or join me and others for a short walk to the nearest train station (likely Skodsborg or Ordrup, depending on where we finish).
