Walk & Talk with Grief

Walk & Talk with Grief

By Ask Robin

Overview

A community walk with fresh air, hot cocoa, and honest conversation about the things we don’t usually say out loud. Soft space, slow pace ☕️

Walk & Talk with Grief

Walk & Talk w/ Grief is a gentle community walk designed for anyone carrying something heavy, including loss, change, transition, or just the quiet kind of sadness that doesn’t always have words.

We’ll start with a simple reflection prompt and grab hot cocoa before heading out together. No forced sharing, no “fixing,” no expectations, just fresh air, honest conversation, and space to be around people who get it.

This isn’t group therapy, but it is human connection in motion. A reminder that movement helps us process what words sometimes can’t. Whether you want to talk, listen, or simply walk in silence, there’s room for you here.

We’ll close with a small reset to refill your cup before stepping back into the world.

Come as you are. Bundle up, bring your mug if you’d like, and let’s walk through it together. ☕💭
