Join us for a Walk and Talk Home on Sunday 25th January 2026 at Sandwell Valley. All ages are welcome, all familes, friends, pets, babies - lets walk and talk. Reconnect, put down the distractions of our phones, social media, work commitments and lets just be! Enjoy a nice brisk walk alongside beautiful canals, fresh air, and good company, while boosting your mood, wellbeing, and connection with others. It’s free, relaxed, and open to everyone—just turn up and take a step towards feeling good.
