Walk & Talk: Finding Joy

By Coach Judy Truong

Overview

Join us for a gentle, mindful walk to close the year in light, presence, and connection. Location: Airstrip Overlook Trail.

This December's Walk & Talk series is all about Finding Joy, the kind we often misplace in midlife as we give, carry, support, and pour into everyone else. This guided community walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what lights you up from the inside.

We’ll stroll together through Crissy Field, taking in the beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge and creating space for reflection, intention setting, and genuine connection. It’s a moment to be present, to walk with purpose, and to remember that joy still lives within us, we just need to look for it again.

As part of our midlife women’s community holiday walk, we are welcoming everyone from family members, friends, kids, neighbors, to coworkers. Joy grows when it’s shared.

What’s in it for you:

• Presence Over Productivity

A gentle, grounding walk designed to help you reset, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.

• Reflect & Realign

Close out 2025 with intention and plant seeds of light for the year ahead.

• Community & Connection

Walk, talk, and share space with others who understand the journey of midlife, the beauty, the challenges, and the boldness of it all.

•A Moment of Joy

Experience a simple, meaningful joy: Moving your body toward a beautiful view, surrounded by supportive energy.
