As Manifest's oldest running program, operating continuously for two decades, the Open Figure Life Drawing sessions continue to provide the Greater Cincinnati region a valuable life-drawing opportunity in which professionals, students, novices, teachers, and the creative public can work side-by-side in the common pursuit of shared learning around the discipline of drawing while working from the nude (or occasionally clothed) model.
The Drawing Center's relaxed yet vibrant, no-pressure environment inevitably leads to new learning, support, and productivity that complements formal study (at the high school, college, or professional level), or other non-figure-based artistic work. Each session is moderated by Manifest Associates who are trained and well-qualified artists and/or instructors at the college level.
