Walk for Wellness: Exploring Nature & Chronic Pain Support

Walk for Wellness: Exploring Nature & Chronic Pain Support

By All Hands Ecology

Overview

If you or someone you know is experiencing chronic pain, we invite you to participate in a movement-based conversation at Bouverie Preserve.

Join Bilingual Environmental Education Specialist Andrea Salazar and longtime docent, Cara Wasden, who both personally understand the challenges of living with chronic pain.

On a fairly easy walk through the Bouverie Preserve, we will focus on positively supporting each other and engaging with nature in a mindful way.

Share your stories, hear from others, and experience the healing power of nature in the birdsong of the morning, the calm flow of the creek, and the awe of towering trees. We hope the peaceful and vibrant landscape will leave you feeling supported and inspired.
