Join us for an innovative community program designed to support stroke survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested.

This is Northwell’s very first stroke prevention and recovery program designed to bridge the gap between clinical care and everyday wellness.
Our goal is to help participants move beyond surviving stroke to truly feeling alive again. Together, we’re creating a new approach to health care that’s approachable, interactive, and designed to meet people where they are.
Program Highlights:
A 15-minute educational talk led by a medical provider
A 45-minute walk alongside that provider
Access to a diverse team of health and wellness professionals including:
- Dietitian
- Meditation teacher
- Acupuncturist
- Yoga practitioner
- Social worker
- Psychiatrist and psychologist
- Occupational, physical, and speech therapists
