Wait-list W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group - Fall '25 Session

W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group provides a tutoring and mentorship experience that uses hands-on, customized tutoring practices to help our student’s achieve improvement in their academic area(s) of challenge. W.E. MOVE! also offers homework help and test and quiz review.

W.E. MOVE! TG offers tutoring services Monday - Friday during school days as outlined by the Bulloch County Board of Education:

1. Homework assistance
2. 15 minute break
3. Tutoring Activities for Academic Progress

- Parents who arrive after 6:00 PM will be assessed a $5 late fee per 15 minutes. Our GS volunteers and staff have to be on their way promptly due to course schedules.

Register Now for the Fall 2025 Tutoring Session

August 11 - December 5, 2025

Registration: Regular Fee - $50.00 per student (this is the retainer fee for your student's place in the program.)

This fee begins the tutor pairing process and RESERVES your student's space for the duration of the school year with W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group. We will schedule an interview with you to learn more about your student and match them with a tutor. Once this is done you will be given a start date to begin your student's tutoring session for the semester.

*Registration is NOT complete until access to student grades is provided & the parent interview is complete.

***BUS TRANSPORTATION IS OFFERED FOR STATESBORO'S ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS BY THE BULLOCH COUNTY BUS GARAGE NOT BY W.E. MOVE! PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR STUDENT'S TRANSPORTATION ACCORDINGLY.***

Program Fee - Weekly $125.00

*Auto deduction scheduling by debit/credit is mandatory before sessions begin. Prepaid accounts not accepted.

This fee is due on your agreed upon pay schedule (weekly or bi-weekly). The fee covers the UPCOMING week(s) attendance. Once registered your student's attendance is contracted for the school year unless you submit cancellation in writing or via email. As it is with childcare and after care contracts, If your student does NOT attend you are STILL OBLIGATED to make payment for their space in the program during this semester.

Invoices are delivered to your email at the beginning of each week via email and will be autodeducted on your selected pay schedule.

If payment is not remitted on the due date by midnight your student(s) WILL NOT be on the following week's service list and their tutor will not be available.

1. Please return ALL PARENT/CHILD Information forms.
2. Please feel free to send a snack with your child.
3. Please remember to sign your child/children out each day. No one under 16 years of age can sign a student out.
4. W.E. MOVE! TG will have 2-3 fundraisers each year. 1 or 2 in the Fall and 1 in the Spring. Please plan to participate as these fundraisers help us keep our weekly registration costs as low as possible for all Bulloch County parents.
