Do I need prior experience?

Not at all! This class is designed for beginners and foodies alike. Chef DJ will guide you step by step.

What’s included in my ticket?

All ingredients, rolling tools, and instruction are included. You’ll make and eat your own sushi rolls. Each ticket also comes with one beverage (sake, martini, plum wine, or boba tea).

How do I choose between Classic and Signature tickets?

Classic → Learn foundational rolls (Tempura Shrimp, California, Spicy Tuna). Signature → Learn specialty rolls (Dragon, Surf & Turf, Volcano). Pick the ticket that matches the rolls you’d like to make.

Parking is available across Wabi-Sabi on Bollingbrook Street. There are also public lots within walking distance. Please allow extra time for parking on weekends.

Is this class kid's friendly?

This class is designed for adults, but teens may join with a parent or guardian. For younger kids, check back for our family-friendly classes hosted by Chef DJ!
