It is understood that purchasing tickets and participating in the event does not constitute an assumption of responsibility, liability, or control by the Promoter over the event.

Indemnity and Release:

By purchasing tickets for this event, the ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event Promoter, along with its officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to compliance with this indemnity clause.

The ticket holder, along with their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby releases, discharges, and forever waives any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, judgments, claims, demands, or liabilities, known or unknown, in law or equity, which they have ever had, now have, or may have against the event Promoter and its affiliated entities, owners, officers, employees, or agents.

If you experience an issue at the event, you must submit a complaint to the Promoter within 5 calendar days after the event date. Failure to do so will result in a complete waiver of your right to request compensation, whether monetary or otherwise.
