Do I need to have dance experience to join?

Not at all! VXN is for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have years of dance under your belt, you’ll have fun and feel empowered.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that make you feel confident. Many people love to bring their boldest, cutest workout fit for the VXN vibe. Sneakers are recommended.

Is this class only for women?

VXN was created to empower women, but we welcome all adults 18+ who want to dance, sweat & shine. Our priority is a safe, supportive vibe for everyone—respectful energy is always welcome.
