About this event

Health • Mental health

Anyone else feeling shaky these days? You kinda remember what confidence used to feel like…

This sounds crazy, but there is a sneaky strength inside vulnerability and NOPE, it’s not easy to find.

That’s why we need some guidance through this. Brene Brown created a training program for teachers, and local therapist Lisa Pisha is bringing us the piece that will show us each our unique vulnerability style and then give us the tools to navigate them without so much fear and uncertainty.

Because there is a payoff in our everyday lives, work and relationships:

  • You tap into courage and resilience.
  • You get better at accepting yourself—mistakes and all.
  • You have permission to show up as your authentic self, without all the protective walls.
  • You improve your listening, risk-taking, conflict-resolving, and collaborating skills.

Turns out, vulnerability isn’t weakness—even though, on your own, it sure can feel like it.
