Come join us for a day of volunteering at our Garden Makeover event as part of our Teach, Learn and Grow Series. See our garden's humble beginning and what it will become of it when we are done with it after several months. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, there's something for everyone to teach, learn, and grow.
Let's make a difference together by learning how to become a "lazy gardener". Maybe?
Over the next several weels, our goals for the Garden Makeover will be:
- Put Cardboard and mulch the whole fenced garden area
- Build garden beds along the fence line
- Build middle garden beds
- Build the wildlife pond
- Plant seeds and seedlings
Progression is subject to number of "lazy gardeners" that voluneted for this event :-)
- We will also be serving Colombian's Award Winning Coffee from San Alberto Farm for our guests, for FREE!
- For little ones, we have great tasting filtered rainwater, and delicious PassionFruit Juice Water
- Please bring your own mug / cup when possible.
