Nope! Just bring your positive vibes, willingness to help, and a smile! We’ll give you all the guidance you need before your shift.

Volunteers must be 14 or older. If you’re under 14, you’re still welcome — but you must volunteer with a parent or guardian.

So many fun things! Volunteers can help with set-up, greeting guests, managing the info booth, supporting vendors, guiding artists, assisting with our art walk, helping at the donation station, and keeping things running smoothly.

Yes please! Just make sure you both sign up individually. If you’d like to be placed in the same role or shift, email us after you both register and we’ll try to make it happen!

Yes! We’ll have snacks and water available for all volunteers. And hey — there will be amazing food vendors, too!

Comfortable clothes and shoes you can move around in. If you have a Vibes & Smiles shirt or a volunteer shirt from a past event — rep it! Otherwise, any bright, positive outfit is great.

We’ll send you an email before the event with exact check-in instructions, including where to park, what time to arrive, and where to meet the volunteer lead.

Life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your spot with someone else eager to help.
