Lake County Treasurer & Candidate for State Office
Holly Kim made history as the first Korean American elected to countywide office in Illinois as Lake County Treasurer. Now running for state office of the Illinois Comptroller, she continues to champion civic participation and representation at every level of government.
🏛️ Yeena Yoo
DuPage County Board Member, District 2 & Candidate for DuPage County Treasurer
Yeena Yoo serves on the DuPage County Board, representing one of the most diverse and dynamic regions in Illinois. With a background in law and social work, she advocates for fiscal responsibility, equity, and community collaboration. Now running for DuPage County Treasurer, she remains dedicated to strengthening local government.

Community Partner Coordinator, Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS)
Kevin Jeong leads state-level initiatives focused on outreach, workforce development, and equity in public service. His work connects communities to state resources and careers, helping bridge the gap between government and the people it serves through collaboration and inclusion.

Civic Leader, Next Generation Chair and Principal Attorney, Moderator
Karen Hwang is a trademark and business attorney and civic leader serving across local, state, and national levels. Through her leadership with the Korean American Association of Chicagoland, Korean American Coalition, and the FBI Chicago Multicultural Advisory Council, she advances representation, collaboration, and leadership development within the Korean American community.
