Presented by the Howard County Office of the Local Children's Board, the 2025 Voices of Change: Embracing the Power of We live theatre presentation addresses the impact of lived experiences and helps navigate today’s world. This event brings a voice to often unheard communities and a shared vision to support fairness and justice for all humanity.

Join us in the Smith Theatre in the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College, from 5:15 to 8 p.m. for a unique and engaging presentation of visual arts and multimedia storytelling produced by Grant Harvey, and an engaging keynote address by Dr. Kaye Whitehead. Refreshments will be offered during the networking opportunity which starts at 5:15 p.m., followed by the keynote at 6 p.m.
