In the Poconos, punchlines don’t just grow on trees… we workshop them.

Created and taught by professional comedian, writer, and satirist Jessica Delfino, this casual, all skill levels, beginner-friendly workshop is built for anyone who’s always wanted to try comedy. From stand-up, characters, sketches, and improv, to twisted true storytelling, this workshop will help you build a solid 5-10 minute performance set in just 5 weeks.

Immediately following the Voice Lab workshop is a built-in stage to try out what you wrote at Open Mic With a Twist.

Voice Lab Class Night Flow

6:00 PM: Meet at Signature Saloon
Quick warm-ups + writing drills to spark 5–10 fresh minutes of comedy in the style of your choice.

6:30 PM: Practice Stage + Mic Time (Optional)
Take the stage in front of a supportive live audience, get real-time + written feedback from Jessica, and learn by observing other performers too.

8:00 PM: Wrap for the Night
Everyone shares what they learned and trades notes in an online discussion group that keeps sharpening your voice between classes.

About Your Teacher

Jessica Delfino has been featured everywhere from ABC’s Good Morning America to Sirius XM.
