What is shadow work and inner child healing?

Shadow Work/Inner child healing involves exploring and integrating the "shadow" aspects of oneself—parts of our personality or emotions that we typically reject, hide, or are unaware of. These aspects often include negative traits, talents, unacknowledged feelings, or repressed memories.

A glass of water, journal, mat and a pillow, blanket if you tend to get cold.

Will we be heard to the other participants when making sounds?

If this scares you then I encourage you to feel the discomfort and stay with the feeling during the voice activation, if you ask from the beginning not to unmute you or change your mind during the workshop, please communicate with me.
