What if your own voice could be the key to greater calm, clarity, and vitality?

Join us for a guided Vocal Meditation designed to reset your nervous system, sharpen your inner focus, and awaken your intuitive voice.

This one-hour session of tuning in through breath practices, vocal toning, listening, and meditative sound journeys invites you to step away from the noise and into your own resonance, to tap into deeper layers of inspiration and embodied awareness.

No previous singing ability needed — just your voice, curiosity, and a willingness to explore. This isn’t about performance; it's about connection: to your body, your breath, and your sense of inner balance.

Whether you're seeking deeper calm, renewed energy, or simply a mindful pause in your week, this space welcomes you exactly as you are.

Led by experienced vocalist, experimental performer and sound artist Sharon Gal,

this bespoke session suits all levels of experience, and all are welcome (age18+)
