About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

This half-day workshop offers a first step towards reconnecting with your authentic singing voice. Consider it a gentle invitation to discover what might be possible when you explore the relationship between body, mind, and vocal expression.

Through accessible movement exercises, vocal exploration, guided visualization, and supportive group singing, you'll get a taste of how unconscious stories may be influencing your relationship with your voice. This introductory experience provides a safe space to begin releasing tension, experimenting with new vocal possibilities, and glimpsing what lies beyond self-imposed limitations.

Perfect for those curious about deeper vocal transformation, this workshop serves as an illuminating preview of the more comprehensive journey available in our upcoming full-day immersion. Come and sample the process of awakening your true voice in this nurturing, exploratory environment.

“It was a day full of gently guided stretching, visualizations, and singing in a safe, beautiful studio environment. Additionally, the in-person experience creates a bit of magic as you have the chance to join voices with others. I highly recommend this enlightening exploration of the mind, body, and voice.” —Eileen W., San Francisco
