The Vivid Life fun run/5k is hosted by the Essex County Suicide Prevention and Postvention Coalition and is focused on honoring Men's Health. Given 80% of those who died by suicide in the past 5 years in Essex County have been males, what better way to say WE LOVE YOU than to join in a fun run or 5k.

All participants will get a free t-shirt with registration. There will be many organizations who will be tabling and a basket raffle, too! Make a day of it and head north to the 17th Annual Car Show in North Hudson from 9 am to 2 pm. after your run.
