Can I do this if I’m new to breathwork?

Absolutely! 9D Breathwork is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or completely new. Each session provides clear guidance, so you’ll feel supported and empowered to explore at your own pace.

What do I need to prepare for a 9D Breathwork session at home?

All you need is a good pari of headphones and quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. Gather a yoga mat, blanket, and an eye mask if you have one (optional). A journal for post-session reflections can also be helpful. Make sure not to eat heavy meals two hours before your session.

Can I still participate if I have physical or mental health conditions?

Yes, but it’s essential to prioritize your safety. If you have conditions such as cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before beginning.
