Permaculture in Practice: A 12-Part Gardening Series
Join us for an immersive, hands-on journey through the 12 principles of permaculture. This unique gardening series blends reflection, observation, and action to help you design and care for gardens that are abundant, sustainable, and deeply connected to nature.
Each 2-hour class begins with a short visualization to explore how each principle can be applied not only in the garden but also in our daily lives. We then move into the garden for 90 minutes of practical, themed activities—ranging from composting and planting polycultures to building soil health and creating habitat for pollinators.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned grower, this series invites you to slow down, notice more, and cultivate a regenerative relationship with the land.
You’ll learn how to:
- Work with nature to grow food sustainably
- Build healthy soil, reduce waste, and support beneficial wildlife
- Design with patterns, diversity, and resilience in mind
- Create productive gardens that support both people and planet
Come to one class or join us for the full series to deepen your skills and grow in community.
