A follow-up to the March 14th workshop "VISION BOARDS".

After you've had a couple weeks to sit with and hopefully fawn over the beauty of your dreams, we will come together once again to set a plan of action designed to bring them to fruition. Manifestation, a powerful tool, coupled with action, makes your dreams unstoppable! My goal will be to have you focus on one dream during this workshop, but the plan of action you design can be modified, tweaked or carbon copied to any other dream you'd like to focus on. You'll identify why this is so important to you (we want to be sure it aligns with your core beliefs), what's standing in your way, and what personal skills will serve you in working toward this dream. You'll then identify any possible connections who can help you get closer to your goal. The most successful people will always tell you that part of creating success is knowing when and how to ask for help! You will also learn to incorporate visual meditation, affirmation and writing techniques into your daily rituals to help guide you in the right direction and keep you on the path.

Be prepared to give and receive feedback from myself and the group in the form of authentic and loving curiosity and a genuine desire to see all of us elevate and achieve. These workshops can be attended in tandem or separately.

***Please note that you do not have to attend the vision board workshop in order to participate in this action and manifestation workshop. All WOC are welcome to attend.

***This workshop will include breath-work, meditation, journaling and body movement as a means of managing and reducing stress and will serve as a conduit for connecting with ourselves in mind, body and spirit.

Doors open at 4:45pm. Workshop starts promptly at 5:00pm

Note From Shay: While I consider myself to be a humanist and believe ALL humans have the right to a safe space to discover, grow and heal, this event has been created specifically with Womxn of color in mind. The intention is to provide a safe healing space for Womxn of color in a city where there is often a general lack of. Representation matters. To be guided into and through healing practices by others who look like us not only validates our own experiences, but creates a sense of safety and community that lends itself to a willingness of vulnerability. Additionally, it further drives home the notion that "if she can, I can." There is no intention to exclude, only an intention to facilitate healing. Look for the Red Cow restaurant and take the concrete stairs to the immediate left. Come up the wood porch to the right and through the glass door that says Unit C! Street parking is abundant in the neighborhood.

We have an up-sloping driveway with 5 concrete stairs that lead to a wood porch with 3 more stairs.

Due to the nature of being an Apothecary we are not a scent free environment. We do, however, strive to keep our space free of any synthetic fragrances and appreciate that you ABSTAIN FROM WEARING ANY SCENTED BODY PRODUCTS.

Street parking is abundant in our neighborhood with one accessible spot directly in front of our building.
