Josh Devon (C'01, W'01) is an expert in the Cyber Security and Cyber Threat Intelligence spaces.

Josh is currently the CEO of Sublime Strategy, an advisory firm specializing in strategic growth and scaling for technology companies. At Sublime, Josh capitalizes on his expertise in strategic clarity and execution to propel early-stage and growth-stage businesses towards market leadership.

Before launching Sublime, Josh was the co-founder and COO at Flashpoint, a pioneering force in cyber threat intelligence. Joining the company at its inception, he navigated Flashpoint from startup to exit, raising $80M in funding along the way. With his guidance, the company expanded from 4 to 400 full-time employees with hundreds of high-value clients, including 40% of Fortune 100 companies and various government agencies. His leadership saw Flashpoint through a successful exit in 2021, after which he stayed on for 2 years supporting 2 acquisitions. His commitment to talent development and an inclusive culture won Flashpoint accolades like “Best Workplaces in New York.”

Prior to Flashpoint, Josh co-founded and served as Assistant Director of the SITE Intelligence Group, which also focused on cyber threat intelligence.

Josh holds dual degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Economics and English. He also holds a Master's in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where he concentrated in Middle East Studies.
