Mark Milner, MD
Dr. Mark S. Milner is a board-certified ophthalmologist, and a focused international expert in dry eye disease and dysfunctional tear syndrome. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate, completed residency at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, and fellowship training at the Francis. Dr. Milner is an Associate Clinical Professor at Yale University Medical School, Department of Ophthalmology and is widely known for his national lectures and clinical research studies.
Peter A. D. Rubin, MD
Dr. Peter A. D. Rubin is an internationally recognized ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon, board-certified in ophthalmology, with more than 35 years of experience. He graduated from Princeton and Yale, completed ophthalmology residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, and further specialized in oculoplastic surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Rubin’s practice focuses on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and periocular area, and he is also highly active in teaching, publishing, and lecturing globally.
